Introducing Domaine Watson's award-winning Chablis, a crisp white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the south-facing slopes of our right bank vineyards. It’s fermented and finished in stainless steel tanks to preserve its natural freshness and its power which allies and balances with delicate aromas. A small proportion of the wine is finished in aged casks to give extra complexity and interest. A perfect balance each year of citrus and mineral notes with a crisp acidity and a long, clean and subtle finish.

Chablis is the perfect wine to enjoy on a warm summer day or with lighter meals such as seafood, fish, salads and white meats, cream sauces or cheese, and as an accompaniment to light meals. Because of its complexity it's also a perfect wine to enjoy on its own as an aperitif.
